TASKS:
Oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project
Resolve contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes
Be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Lead and direct the work of others within specific discipline
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
Basic Qualifications:
In addition to Levels 1 and 2 competencies, provide leadership to managers within a function or region; may also manage first-line supervisors and/or professional staff
Develop financial and operational objectives within own area
Ensure operational plans are aligned with business objectives
Contribute to functional strategy development
Have in-depth functional expertise and broad business knowledge
Apply managerial expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives within own area
Develop relationships with key internal/external customers to identify emerging needs
Influence customer and/or organizational leadership to accomplish operational objectives
Manage the performance of employees through goal setting, ongoing assessment and coaching

QUALIFIQUATIONS:
10-15 years relevant experience

Experience in all piping systems of a combined cycle power plant
